This plan is aimed at a more casual user, who plans to join a few skills classes and workshops, and use more than 10 hours a month of Tier 1 workshop time. 

This plan is really aimed at a more serious user, who needs plenty of Tier 2 and 3 workshop time. Any more than 5 hours a month and you're onto a winner, and the more you book the better value it becomes.
