Service Description
In this 90 minute class we'll cover the basics of caring for your car, no matter what you drive. We'll start by checking the oil and coolant levels along with any other fluids; covering how to top them up and when to be concerned. Then we'll move on to tyres, checking tyre pressure, how to adjust them, and how to find out what they should be. While we're there we'll check tread depth. Then we'll look at how to change a wheel if you get a flat, including how to safely jack up the car with the jack supplied, taking the wheel off, and replacing it with the spare. In this class we encourage you to bring your own car - that way you're learning on your vehicle. We'll also 'buddy up', so you can see how it works on more than one type of vehicle. For this class, please wear clothes that you don't mind getting a bit mucky in, and closed footwear. Look forward to seeing you!

In Brief, RESCHEDULING OF BUILD-IT WORKSHOPS, AND CLASSES a) Rescheduling of Classes and "Build It" Workshops, and classes with More Than 48 Hours Notice: Participants can reschedule their registration for classes and "Build It" workshops free of charge if the rescheduling is done with more than 48 hours notice before the scheduled class or workshop start time. In such cases, The Dream Machine Workshop will accommodate rescheduling requests without any penalty. b) Rescheduling of Classes and "Build It" Workshops, and classes with Less Than 48 Hours Notice: Rescheduling of classes and "Build It" workshops with less than 48 hours notice before the scheduled start time will result in a charge equal to 15% of the total cost of the class or workshop. This fee is applicable to cover administrative and scheduling expenses incurred. CANCELLATION OF CLASSES AND BUILD-IT WORKSHOPS a) Cancellation with More Than 48 Hours Notice: Participants can cancel their registration for classes and workshops free of charge if the cancellation is made with more than 48 hours notice before the scheduled class or workshop start time. In such cases, The Dream Machine Workshop will provide a full refund of any payments made. b) Cancellation with Less Than 48 Hours Notice: If a cancellation is made with less than 48 hours notice before the scheduled class or workshop start time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the class or workshop will be applied. This fee is to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
